Where appropriate, we may request assurance from suppliers regarding their employment practices and compliance with relevant legislation.

Nevertheless, we remain vigilant and recognise that risks can exist within wider supply chains. We will continue to assess suppliers where appropriate and review our procurement practices to minimise these risks.
Training and Awareness
As a small organisation, formal training programmes are proportionate to our size. However, management is committed to maintaining awareness of modern slavery risks and ensuring employees understand the importance of ethical business practices.
Where necessary, staff involved in purchasing and supplier management will be made aware of potential indicators of modern slavery and the appropriate actions to take should concerns arise.
